1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 Business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs Standard shipping fee of AED 25 is collected for orders below AED 200. for orders above 200, shipping is free

5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@switcheco.ae within 2 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
